It would be unreasonable of me to just run down a few bars but my message is one to the owners of this establishment. I understand that to a point but they really do loose out when decent, affluent people want to go into the bar and a single friend is stopped at the door. Eros has been reinvented and is probably the better bar but they will not allow anyone but couples to go in. The music was appalling and considering the majority of their customers are over 30' they completly missed the beat. It started 3 years ago when they changed their DJ. They simply abuse the loyalty of their followers. The capital of fun Melrose bar is now half empty on weekends and yet they have not even attempted to win back custom. The bars have been known for pricing themselves too high but they continue to cut corners and reduce service. Let's be honest there is no where like it on the planet for this kind of adult lifestyle, the clubs bars and beach have been rocking over the years but now, it's a sad, somewhat unfriendly place. It's not just the infrastructure that is poor, it has, in my opinion, self destructed with the lack of care and service for its audience. Now it's a run down shadow of those former years and in desperate need of investment. When I first came here it was a thriving, busy, exciting place to be. Having come here for 7 years now, I think it appropriate to say how this whole experience has degenerated over each year.
